BY CAR:
If you are a newcomer to Sidmouth the journey from Junction 30 on the M5 takes about thirty minutes.  From this junction take the slip road off and stay on the inside lane to the traffic lights, turn immediately left onto the dual carriageway, Sidmouth is well sign posted A3052 and the journey is straight on from this point.  The Sidmouth turn off is approx. one mile after Newton Poppleford on the right.  Follow this road towards the town; over the first mini roundabout and left at the second, you are now on the sea front.  Continue straight on over the next mini roundabout, you will pass Wyndham house on the left, take the next left and follow the road, you will see car park 1 to the left.  Try to park in the far-left corner if possible, as this is ideal for the rear access to Wyndham court.  Here you will find a pedestrian exit into York Street and directly opposite York cottage, walk through the arch to the right of the cottage and follow the path.

National Express Services from all parts of the country to Exeter. Regular buses from Exeter to Sidmouth.

BY RAIL & BUS SERVICES:
Fast trains from the Midlands and the North to Exeter St David's, from London (Paddington) to Exeter St David's, and from London (Waterloo) to Honiton. Frequent bus services connect St David's with Exeter bus station from where there is a regular bus service. In summer the bus service meets certain main trains at Honiton railway station but visitors are advised to consult Stagecoach. Telephone (01392) 427711, or their local railway station for details.
