There are two apartments situated in Wyndham Court, The Lookout and The Aspect.

• Both suites have superb sea views and are especially designed for couples. There is a choice of ensuite shower or bathroom. Each has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Both suites have colour T.V.'s and videos. The luxury kitchen areas are equipped with ceramic hobs, cookers, dishwashers, microwaves and all utensils and cleaning sundries. The accommodation is gas centrally heated.
  
• We supply duvets, bed linen, towels and tea towels at no extra charge.
  
• For the comfort of our guests we operate a No-Smoking and No Pets policy. The suites are not suitable for children.
  
• Sidmouth, part of the World Heritage Coastline nestles in a sheltered south facingbay set against dramatic red cliffs. A floral seaside town, not commercialised, yet boasting excellent four-star hotels, it is famous for its fine regency buildings, quaint shops and lovely gardens.
